We are currently recruiting for more cleaners as we are in the process of expanding. 

Our cleaners are the most important people in our business and we know that we cannot survive without them, this is why we treat our staff fairly (which includes paying a fair hourly rate which is above the industry standard). We also pay our staff on time! In return, all we ask for is hard work, reliability and professionalism. We provide a premium service to our customers and they rightly expect a good standard of service, this is why we pay our staff above the standard rate so that we can attract and retain the best.

Our hourly rates range from £16.00 per hour, rising to £25.00 per hour, depending on which site you are working on, the duration of the task and what work is required. 

We train our staff so that the right standards are met and that our staff feel supported to do their work properly without hinderence. Our training is delivered professionally with a qualified adult educator and we develop our staff with more specialised skills and qualificatrions so that they can obtain additional work at higher rates of pay. We also provide our staff with the necessary cleaning equipment, products and PPE.

You will need to be able to travel to client sites and work independently, but working as a team may also be required on larger or more specialised contracts.

You will need to have an up to date DBS available as part of your employment with us, this is due to security and safety restrictions at some client sites.
